Woodshop for Kids!

We would love to have you join us for a Woodshop for Kids, Saturday March 26th at Decatur Makers! Please arrive at 9:30am. Class will begin at 10 am! 

In this class we will make a small project from a Home Depot Kit. It’s a surprise! This class is appropriate for kids ages 7-11.

**This workshop will be filmed by Discovery Education who is spotlighting Char as The SME who will address the value and importance of trade careers and the benefits of having hands-on skills in life. She will help students see how fun and personally satisfying these types of careers can be. She will share her passion and excitement about what they do will encourage students to develop their own abilities, choose their own path to happiness, and teach them to never feel intimidated by hands-on challenges.. All youth signing up for this workshop will need to have parents/guardians sign an agreement to allow their child to be photographed and on video for use by Discovery Education to post publicly on their media platforms.
