Description

Woodshop 101 is the more indepth version of our "Safety Check" courses, best suited to Beginners. If you are brand new or relatively new to woodworking, this event will go into greater detail about how and when you should use the:

Tablesaw

Mitersaw

Small Benchtop Bandsaw

Benchtop Sanders

During the class, members will have the chance to ask questions, demonstrate the safe hands-on use of each of these tools, and at the end be checked off to use these tools.

This class is open to members 14+ years of age. Minors attending this class must be accompanied by an adult parent/guardian for the duration of the course.
