Beginner Backstrap Weaving

Come learn how to weave! The ancient craft of Backstrap weaving has been found all over the world, from the Peruvian Andes to the slopes of Bhutan, from Scandinavia to the Sahara. Come touch history in this two-day workshop, where we'll build our looms from the ground up and turn a jumble of thread into beautiful hand-woven bracelets, just in time for the holidays!

The workshop will run over the course of two days, from 10-12pm with a lunch break and then reconvening  from 1-4pm on Saturday January 28 and Sunday January 29.

The fee of $50 covers both workshops and all materials necessary to make your own backstrap loom and bracelet.
