As makers, time & funds can be two of the biggest limiters when approaching a project. As we look to tackle more complex projects, we will be learning how to properly manage projects. This is a very heavy methodology focused workshop, it can be complete online or in person.

Join Decatur Makers as we explore the organization skills that will make a profound impact on how you approach making and create ease as you take your projects to the next level.

Making is a fun hobby that allows every day people create amazing things. As the projects get more complex, however, they can become very expensive and very difficult to execute. In this class we will teach you how to best organize your complex projects, how to tackle a project that is larger than you've ever done before, and how to make sure you're using resources efficiently.

This is the class for you if you've ever:
-Needed to take a break from a project, but when you returned couldn't remember what you did
-Were faced with a massive project that you didn't know where to begin
-Reached a point in a project where you didn't know the next step
-Lost track of how many materials you needed
-Wanted to tackle a project but couldn't figure out how to afford it
